Build a string for the patterns and values passed.

Parameters

pattern	the layout to use
arguments	the values to fill the layout

Returns

the formatted string

static String org.qscript.errors.Messages.println ( String  pattern, Object...  arguments  )

Same as the build method except to display the string in the console.
